Art Reveal ~ Page of Tarts

art revealAwww. My Page of Tarts has just made me so happy! I just got her list of fav books and I introduced her to many of them years ago. I read Moonspinners and Death in Zanzibar to her. And I’m pretty sure she got into Elizabeth Peters because of me. 😉

Her art, like all of my court, is by the wonderful  Igor Lukyanov ! He did another brilliant job. Keri wanted her figure to be a feminine version of a newsboy, like the ones in Newsies. *singing* “Now is the time to seize the day…” love that movie. Igor even added her eyebrow ring! I adore my Page!

The Page of Tarts is quick of wit, nimble of mind and always strives to learn new things. She also has a huge heart and always, always brings me joy. 😀 I am beyond ecstatic to have her on my court! I love hearing about stories she’s read and getting her take on things.

I also love hearing about her fav shows on YouTube and I WILL get around to watching more of the Lizzie Bennett Diaries. I will! 😀 (*snicker* I just watched ep. 76 with Lizzie saying Happy New Year- loved!)

Oh! She gave me her first review a bit ago… Click HERE to see it. I can’t wait for more. 😉

Many happy returns of the day to the delightful Page of Tarts!!!

Like my Pooh Bear reference?

(((hugs))) Kat

Title: The Page of Tarts

Name or nickname:

Kiloechoromeoindia, or “Keri” for short.

Fav snacks:

Sour Patch Kids, Cheez-its, dark chocolate with sea salt and soft ginger cookies. Nom-nom-nom.

Something the Queen might not know:

Is there anything she doesn’t know? While she was away over the holidays I became addicted to computer game Terraria. Dig-dig-dig, swing sword-swing sword-swing sword, repeat.

Dream destination:

Australia. I don’t know if this desire came before or after watching Five Mile Creek as a child.

Superpower you wish you had (or that you have already!):

Teleportation. Goodbye to not having the time to take trips back home.

Favorite genres:

Romantic Suspense

A few fav books…

a few is three or more, yes?

Classics: Pride and Prejudice (Jane Austen), Scarlett Pimpernel (Baroness Orczy)
Romantic Suspense: The Moonspinners (Mary Stewart), Death in Zanzibar (M.M. Kaye), Street of the Five Moons (Elizabeth Peters)
Mystery: Brother Cadfael series (Ellis Peters), Dublin Murder Squad series (Tana French)
Fantasy: Chronicles of Narnia (C.S. Lewis), Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), Codex Alera (Jim Butcher). I also love Disc World (Terry Pratchett); Hogfather and Guards! Guards! Are probably my most fav from Disc World.
…as you can see, I error on the side of “more” as opposed to “three.”

A quote or two:

“according to Madam Pomfrey, thoughts could leave deeper scarring than almost anything else….”
~ Harry Potter, Order of the Phoenix ~
“A mixed-up mess of a mind”
